                                                         Our Dining Room awaits you

We created our Dining room space in our tasting room for our Foodie events and also special occasion requests. Tonight the request was to celebrate Spring and the side note ' a Birthday '. All arrangements are catered to the specific group. Almost anything may be arranged.

Special flowers from the garden of the host we placed on table for a personal touch.


We started with bubbles prior to seating and then the 1st course of asparagus soup was served. We chose to pair this course with our newly bottled 2022 Viognier. The asparagus soup was prepared with lemon and dairy free other than a garnish of parmesan cheese. Great start to a celebratory evening of friends.


2nd course we served a 2013 Chardonnay from magnum, a favorite of the host. With this wine a salad course, meyer lemon vinaigrette, warm goat cheese with toasted hazelnuts and pecans, avocado garnish.





Time to move into reds.
Eggplant parmesan is a house favorite and we love to pair it with our Cab Franc. Tonight we offered our newly released 2021 Grenache and also the new vintage 2019 Cab Franc. They were both a huge hit and the dish!!! Recipe being added to our web site.




Main course, a Pinot perfect dish. Local Liberty Duck seared breast with duck fat mashed potatoes.
2014 Bohemian Vineyard Pinot Noir and a taste of our 50 case production 2020 Bohemian Vineyard Pinot. The 2014 was perfect! Tough to beat a nicely aged Pinot!


We like to finish with something sweet and this dessert was not too sweet, ginger cake. The birthday boy loves ginger.
